Terms & Conditions*



  • Enrolments are based on a calendar year and roll over between all terms.

  • If a student is not returning for the next term please notify by email

  • Enrolments must be done through the ADCC Online Portal.

  • Please include any medical/conditions that you feel are important in your enrolment.

  • Any changes to classes during a term may incur an administration fee.

  • Refunds and/or discounts are not applied for any missed classes. Catch up classes are available for missed classes. The catch up classes must take place during the same term that the class was missed.

  • ADCC reserves the right to arrange medical transportation, at the student’s expense, in the event of an emergency.



  • An administration fee of $45 per student is to be paid before commencing classes. This fee covers administrative costs, music licences and insurances including comprehensive accident cover.

  • Invoices will be issued within the first 2 weeks of each Term, and are payable within 7 days.

  • Term fees are equal for all terms regardless of number of weeks.

  • Term Fees are due by week 2 of the term, unless issued after week 2.

  • Invoices unpaid by the end of Week 4 of the term will incur a $50 late fee without warning for each month the account is not fully paid (unless a payment plan has been agreed upon by both parties).

  • Fee payments may be made by instalments on agreement with management. To pay in instalments you will be required to set up an Ezidebit account. No other methods of payment will be accepted to pay accounts in instalments. All accounts being paid through Ezidebit are to be paid in full by the end of each term (this does not include Troupe or Private Lesson fees)

  • Teachers do not accept fees.

  • Fees do not include troupe classes, private lessons, holiday classes, costume hire, accessories for exams, additional exam classes (outside normal offered classes), workshops, special classes with guest teachers and end-of-year performance.

  • Fees are non-refundable, except on presentation of a medical certificate.

Private Lessons


  • Private Lessons are not included in the regular class fees.

  • Term fees for private lessons are to be paid in full before your first lesson.

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, with the exception of extreme illness. Failure cancel before 24 hours will incur the full amount of the lesson.

  • Private 30 minutes lesson - $44

  • Private 45 minutes lesson - $66

  • Private 1 hour lesson - $88

Physical Contact


Dance lessons require physical teacher-student contact for the purposes of technique placement and correction and will always be appropriate. All teachers at ADCC have ACT Working With Vulnerable People clearance.
